Understanding Scheduled Transfers

About Transfer-Ins
Transferring a domain from another registrar to Sav allows you to consolidate all of your domains in one spot for ease of management and to take advantage of Sav's low renewal prices. All transfer-ins include a one year domain renewal at no extra cost.
Per ICANN policy, all newly registered domains are subject to a 60-day transfer lock. During this time, they cannot be transferred to another registrar. If you attempt to transfer a domain in to Sav during the lock period, we automatically schedule the transfer for the day it ends.

For example, if you registered a domain 30 days ago and would like to transfer it to Sav, the transfer will start 30 days later.

If you registered a domain 40 days ago and initiate a transfer to Sav, the transfer will start in 20 days.

If you registered a domain 90 days ago, the transfer will start when you initiate it.
