New registrations and backorders can be refunded within 5 calendar days, less 1 business day. Users are eligible to be refunded for either 10% of registrations or 1 domain name (whichever is greater) within any calendar month.
For example, if a user has registered 5 domains within a calendar month at Sav, they would be eligible* for 1 refund. If a user has registered 100 domains within a calendar month at Sav, they would be eligible* for 10 refunds.

*Provided the deleted domains meet the other Refund Policy criteria.
To check if a new registration or backorder is eligible for a refund:
- Login to your Sav account.
- Navigate to My Domains.
- Open Domain Page Filters by clicking on the icon that looks like a funnel to the left of the domain search bar.
- Switch Domain Status to In Account.
- Click on Toggle Date Filters.
- Set the range for Registration Date to begin on the 1st of the current calendar month and end on the current date.
- Click Apply.
- Click on the checkbox to the left of the Domain Name column, this will give you a count of how many domains are included in your filtered list.
- To determine if you are eligible to receive a refund for a domain, calculate 10% of the domain count from the previous step.
- If that number is less than 1, you are eligible for 1 refund.
- If the number is greater than 1, round down to the nearest whole number to determine how many refunds you are eligible for.
If you have already deleted domains this calendar month:
- Follow the steps above.
- Open Domain Page Filters.
- Switch Domain Status to Deleted.
- Click Apply.
- Click on the checkbox to the left of the Domain Name column, this will give you a count of how many domains are included in your filtered list.
