About Hosts
Hosts are custom nameservers that allow you to route a domains traffic to the IP address of a custom DNS service. They are also known as "child nameservers," "custom nameservers," and "glue records" Most users will not need to do this and will just need to update their domain with existing nameservers provided to them by the DNS service.
- Login to your Sav account.
- Navigate to the My Domains tab.
- Click on the domain you want to update.
- Scroll down to the Hosts box.
- Enter the following information:
- Host Name (ex: ns1.domain.com)
- IPv4 Address
- IPv6 Address (optional)
- Click "Add"
- Repeat as many times as needed.
