When will I see my Site Score?

You will only see your site score after you've published your site. Because AudioEye runs monitoring when users visit your website, your score and dashboard will populate as soon as your site is visited. It may take some time to build up a full view of the site, so we recommend checking back in on your score a few days after publishing.

How do I add the AudioEye toolbar to my site?

To make the toolbar available on your site, publish or republish the site.

Can I change the position of the toolbar on my site?

Not yet. AudioEye is working on making the toolbar settings customizable.

Will AudioEye certify the web accessibility compliance of my site?

AudioEye certifies accessibility for Premier customers. Within the Accessibility Toolbar for Premier customers, an AudioEye Trusted Certification statement details the steps being taken to fulfill and sustain a thorough testing and remediation plan. What is the AudioEye Trusted Certification?

The AudioEye Certification is for AudioEye Premier customers and details and validates the business or organization’s commitment to digital inclusion and, in pursuit of achieving optimal accessibility and usability, the extent to which they conform to the principles of inclusive design, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and other ADA-related laws, mandates, and guidelines.
