About Parked Domains

What is a Parked Domain?
A parked domain is a registered domain name that is active but is not associated with a specific website.
If you have a domain registered at Sav but do not have it pointed at a website, we will display a parked page on your domain to let visitors know the domain is taken.

To Park a Domain

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to My Domains or search for the relevant domain in the Domain Search Bar.
  3. Select the domain you would like to park, this will open the settings page for that domain.
  4. Update your nameservers to ns1.sav.com & ns2.sav.com.
  5. Click the Update button.

To Unpark a Domain

When you configure a domain to point at a website, it will no longer display Sav's parked page.
  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to My Domains or search for the relevant domain in the Domain Search Bar.
  3. Select the domain you would like to configure, this will open the settings page for that domain.
  4. You can configure your domain by Changing your Nameservers or by setting up Custom DNS.
