Resolving clientHold on Your Domain

About clientHold
Sav places a clientHold status on your domain when the ICANN mandated WHOIS registrant contact verification is not completed within 15 days. This status disables your domain until the contact is verified. 

Re-enabling Domains with a clientHold Status

  1. To verify your contact, find the email with a subject of "Action Required: Domain WHOIS Verification" that was sent to you when you registered your domain or updated its WHOIS contact.
  2. Follow the instructions in the email to verify the WHOIS contact. This will reactivate your domain.

If you are unable to find this email in your inbox, check your spam and junk mail. If you cannot find it there, log in to help.sav.com to submit a support ticket and we will send you a new link to verify the contact.
