Updating WHOIS Privacy on Your Domain

About WHOIS Privacy
WHOIS Privacy redacts your personal information in public WHOIS lookups. Sav provides this service at no cost to you.
Disabling WHOIS privacy allows anyone to view your personal information and is not recommended.

Updating a Single Domain

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to My Domains or search for the relevant domain in the Domain Search Bar.
  3. Click the Enabled or Disable link next to Whois Privacy in the Domain Details section of the page.

Updating Bulk Domains

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Check all the domains you want to update on the My Domains page.
  3. Click the Bulk Actions button, then choose Privacy Protection.
  4. Choose Enabled or Disabled from the dropdown.
  5. Click the Update Domains button to start the bulk update.
Not all domains are eligible for WHOIS Privacy, you can check if a TLD is eligible here.
