Expediting an Outgoing Transfer

About Outgoing Transfer Completion Times
A transfer for a domain leaving Sav is automatically completed 7 days after it is started. 
You can approve the transfer to speed up the process.

Approve a Single Domain Transfer

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to My Domains or search for the relevant domain in the Domain Search Bar.
  3. Select the domain you would like to approve a transfer for, this will open the settings page for that domain.
  4. In the Domain Details section, you will see that the Status is listed as "Pending Transfer."
  5. Click the Approve link under Pending Transfer Status.
Please Note:
This option is only available for domains that show a Pending Transfer Status. It may take a few hours after starting a transfer for this status to update. If you have started a transfer but the domain still shows an In Account Status, and you need to immediately approve the transfer, refer to the section below.

Approve Bulk Domain Transfers

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Check all the domains you want to update on the My Domains page. 
  3. Click the Bulk Actions button, then choose Transfer Approve. 
  4. Select Approve or Reject from the dropdown.
  5. Click the Update Domains button.
All domains that are pending transfer will be updated, even if the status of the domain has not yet been updated to Pending Transfer.
