Requesting to Bypass Fraud Detection (Gateway Rejection)

Sav uses a series of fraud detection measures. Sometimes they incorrectly flag transactions. If you believe your transaction has been mislabeled as fraudulent, you have the option to request to bypass fraud detection moving forward.

To request removal from fraud detection, please log in to help.sav.com to submit a support ticket.

Please include the following in your support ticket:
  • A copy of your government issued ID
  • A copy of the credit card used to purchase the domain with everything redacted except the name on the card and the last 4 digits of the card number
This request may take up to 5 business days to process.
