Adding a New Payment Method

To manage your payment methods on Sav, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to the My Account page.
  3. Under the Payment Methods section:
    - If this is your first time adding payment information, select either Card or PayPal as your payment option.
    - If you’re adding an additional payment method, select Choose another way to pay and pick either Card or PayPal.
  4. Fill in the required payment details.
  5. Click the Update button to confirm and save your payment method.

Deleting a Payment Method 

  1. Contact Sav Support to request the removal of your existing payment method:
    - At present, payment methods cannot be deleted directly from your account dashboard.
  2. After the existing payment method is removed, follow the steps outlined above to add a new method.

Tip: You must click "Update" to save any payment method changes, otherwise the changes will not be reflected. Removing payment information will prevent domains with auto-renew enabled from renewing automatically.
