Adding a New Payment Method
To manage your payment methods on Sav, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Sav account.
- Navigate to the My Account page.
- Under the Payment Methods section:
- If this is your first time adding payment information, select either Card or PayPal as your payment option.
- If you’re adding an additional payment method, select Choose another way to pay and pick either Card or PayPal. - Fill in the required payment details.
- Click the Update button to confirm and save your payment method.
Deleting a Payment Method
- Contact Sav Support to request the removal of your existing payment method:
- At present, payment methods cannot be deleted directly from your account dashboard. - After the existing payment method is removed, follow the steps outlined above to add a new method.
Tip: You must click "Update" to save any payment method changes, otherwise the changes will not be reflected. Removing payment information will prevent domains with auto-renew enabled from renewing automatically.
