Updating Payment Information

Adding a New Payment Method

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to the My Account page.
  3. If this is the first time you are adding Payment information, under the Payment Methods section, select either Card or PayPal as the payment option. If you are adding more than one Payment method, select Choose another way to pay and select either Card or PayPal.
  4. Fill in the relevant payment information.
  5. Click the Update button to confirm your payment in the Payment Methods section of the page.

Deleting a Payment Method

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to the My Account page.
  3. Under Payment Methods, select Edit.
  4. Next to the Payment method you want deleted, click the red delete button.
  5. Click the Update button to confirm your payment in the Payment Methods section of the page.
Tip
You must click "Update" to save any payment method changes, otherwise the changes will not be reflected.
Removing payment information will prevent domains with auto renew enabled from renewing automatically.
