Changing Nameservers on Your Domain

About Nameservers
Nameservers direct a domain's email and website traffic to a specific DNS service. Nameserver are typically provided by the DNS service (i.e. ns1.sav.com & ns2.sav.com) and are required to be set correctly your website and email to work.

Please allow up to 48 hours for nameserver changes to take effect.

Update a Single Domain

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Navigate to the Domain's Settings page then click on the domain within My Domains or search for the domain in the Domain Search Bar.
  3. Update the nameservers on the Name Servers section on the page.
  4. Click the Update button to save the changes. 

Update Bulk Domains

  1. Login to your Sav account.
  2. Check all the domains you want to update on the My Domains page. 
  3. Click the Bulk Actions button, then choose Nameserver. 
  4. Enter the new nameservers to be applied to all selected domains
  5. Click the Update Domains button to start the bulk update. 
  6. Only domains with a status of In Account or Expired Renewal Grace Period can be updated.
If you have Two-Factor Verification enabled on your account you may need to enter a code to verify your identity when updating domains.
